Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-6 yrs)
Role Summary :
- As a Sales Manager, an individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients and partners, as well as overseeing the sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Connect with developers and forge deals for bulk buying
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received
- Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- This role requires the candidate to be on constant travel to meet prospective client locations within the city
Requirements :
- 1-6 Years of experience is a must in Real Estate sales
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution and ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
