Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for Sales Manager/TL role for Real estate Gurgaon.
Location: Sector 61, Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 3 months into real estate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market trends and property values.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property evaluations and provide clients with accurate and competitive market analyses.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property search to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Negotiate and draft offers and contracts, ensuring the best possible terms for the clients.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with accurate and reliable information. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with good experience in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
