Job Overview :

Equity Planners LLP, a leading real estate advisory firm based in Noida, Sector 136, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate sales, with proven experience in driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving targets within the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

- Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, with 1-5 years of experience preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Other Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
