Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Setting up & acting of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
- Regular meetings with current active Channel Partners and ensuring business flow continuation.
- Designing incremental sales schemes for Channel Partner.
- Keeping an appropriate market survey analysis to help understand the market trend and assist -Channel Partner activation.
- Maintaining proper database records of all the Channel Partners interacted across all zones.
- Should be able to source Channel Partners via various mediums and keep a pre-sourced database of the same.
- Maintaining all channel partner visit reports taking timely feedback from the closing Manager and sharing with the channel partner.
- Giving feedback to channel partners on their visit quality and product training if required.
- Keeping follow-up track of channel partner commission/ Brokerage and ensuring invoice raised on as per timeline and payment to be released.
Desired Profile :
- Candidates must have good communication skills, confidence, and energy.
- Any Graduate.
- Candidates should have sales knowledge from a real estate background.
