Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Channel Partner/Closure Sales :
- Meeting and Engaging with Channel Partner on a daily basis.
- Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners by setting up targets and reviewing their performance.
- Ensure project meets the sales targeted from channel Partners.
- Ensuring continuous improvement and up-gradation of Channel Process.
- Ensure regular Product, Product & Price updates to Channel Partners.
- Planning and Execution of multiple Channel Partner Events during Pre-Launch, Launch and Sustenance.
- Planning and execution of Promotional Activities, Campaigns, Events, etc with Key Channel Partners for their customers.
- Ensure constantly improving Channel Partner Experience.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and their activities at regular intervals.
- Responsible for Outbound Meeting and/or closure of Deals.
- Attending customer walk-ins, greeting and showing them the audio, video and project presentation.
- Following up with the customer to close the booking.
- Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with projects team etc.
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and maintaining it.
- To contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project.
- Negotiating with the customer and closing the deal.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- To participate in the conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- To continuously track changing trends, price benchmarking, market dynamics, customer requirements & feedback and convey the same to the Managers/ Management.
