Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for achieving assigned targets in the location through on call and direct interaction with prospective buyers to convert project specific enquiries into sales.

KEY RESULT AREA (Duties & Responsibilities):

1. Sale of residential properties in Navi Mumbai, Thane & Central Mumbai.

2. Intermediate negotiation processes, advice clients on market conditions and prices.

3. Playing key role in faster decision making & finalizing the property in the best interest of the customer.

4. Understand client's requirement and propose property that suits them best.

5. Prepare comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

6. Scheduling, accompanying and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure through managing daily routine calls.

7. Ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are addressed.

8. Moving the prospect to the final stage and closing the sale.

9. Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of Operations

10. Maintaining strong rapport with past and present customers to enhance reference pool

11. Achieving weekly/ monthly assigned targets.

12. Coordinating with the Developer to have updated information about any modifications in status of service, pricing and new launches.

13. Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics of the sector.

Educational Qualification:

- B.COM, B.B.A / B.M.S - (Marketing, Sales Management) or Any Graduate

OR

- MBA/ PGDM/ MMS - Marketing, Sales, Management.

Desired Profile:

1. Must require hands-on experience in B2C Real Estate direct sales of minimum of 1-3 years.

2. Work Experience of Professional Property Consultancies like: The list is provided below chart.

3. Work Experience of Location: Kharghar, Panvel, Shilphata, Thane, Central Mumbai.

4. Must have experience to deal with HNI, Investors and End users.

5. Saturday & Sundays are working. Monday is week off. Flexible in timings & travel is must.

6. Good knowledge about all the locations of Navi Mumbai, Thane & Central Mumbai.

7. Strong English & Hindi Communication and Convincing & Negotiation skills.

8. Must have own Vehicle (Bike/Car), should know bike riding and should have driving license.

9. Confident, self-starter & presentable personality.

10. Positive attitude for meeting new people. Someone who enjoys doing sales. He should have Client friendly approach.

11. Ability to understand requirements of prospects & propose the property that suits best to the requirement.

12. Must have good analytical skills. Decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions.

13. High levels of passion and ownership.

Compensation:

- INR 3, 00,000 - 3, 60,000 P.A.
