Manager - Sales - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
Sales Manager is the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products and services to customers and negotiates contract with the aim of maximizing profits.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizing sales visits
- Generating leads.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification: Any graduate degree
