The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Follow up with clients for a visit.
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
- Freeze terms and conditions with buyer and seller/tenant and owner.
- Track and record every client's needs and close the deal.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to Negotiate.
- Understanding Social Cues.
- Good time management abilities
- Suggesting solutions based on customers- needs and requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Preparing financial reports and estimates for clients regarding potential costs and returns of proposed projects
- Negotiating price adjustments with clients when necessary based on changing market conditions
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
