Manager - Sales - Railways (8-14 yrs)
A leading bearing organization is looking or Sales Manager to manage Railway clients in southern region-
A. Purpose of the role:
Drive profitable sales growth and increase market share of SKF portfolio by building, managing and leading a team
B. Responsibilities
1. Increase SOB in Passenger segment with close working with ICF & IR Workshop.
2. Explore business opportunity with Private OEM i.e. Medha, AT, BEML etc..
3. Improve Reman business in volume by close follow up
4. Funnel management for all opportunities
5. Engage with the leadership team of top customers to market SKF's offerings/value propositions.
6. Collaborate effectively across FVC and lead PPM
7. Lead team for collection as well as sales operation (off role)
8. Revenue potential between 800 to 1000 MINR

1. Revenue and Margin achievement
2. Funnel management - hit rate (%)
3. Inorganic business growth through new products, offerings and customers
(X% of Sales)
