- Developing new clients ( Distributor, Dealers and Channel Partner) and negotiating with them for securing profitable business
- Should have exposure to channel distribution network.
- Selection & appointment of appropriate Distributors.
- Should have good Market Knowledge
- Increase in sales efficiency with focus on managing performance of sales team through proper coaching, skill development and motivation.
- To build strong relationship with key customers and distributors.
