We are hiring for Sales Manager.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
- Shall be responsible for Business Development of Staffing business.
- Shall be searching for new Opportunities across Industries and Geographies.
- Shall be responsible for generation of enough Leads and Funnel to ensure minimum two Agreements of Manpower Outsourcing are signed every month.
- Shall interact with cross-functional teams and work towards complete Closure of Agreements and Transition of resources.
- Shall also work with Recruitment team to get closures on Mandates signed by him.
- You may have to do approx. 15-20 meetings every week with New Clients to open new opportunities, convert leads to business and existing customers to extract repeat business.
- You may need to travel occasionally for Out of City Company Meetings.
- You have to do daily reporting to his reporting manager and Management of Company.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) within Professional Services industry.
- You should have experience in Customer Meeting and Client Tele-Calling.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
