Job Description - Sales Manager at Rita Pad Printing Systems Limited
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Rita Pad Printing Systems Limited. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mechanical engineering and selling art industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the management team
Requirements :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing for capital goods and automation
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows
Salary :- 50,000-70,000 per month Plus Incentives for every machine sold
