Manager - Sales - Printing/Packaging/Inks (10-14 yrs)
Ideal Candidate :
- Preferably Management graduate (specialization in sales & marketing) with basic engineering qualification (printing technology/chemical) or Post Graduation (Chemistry) from reputed college
- Should be having 10 years of experience in printing/packaging/inks dealing with customers, products & must have spent atleast 3-5 years in similar level of responsibility at the aforesaid location
Roles and responsibilities :
- Explore new business opportunities and identify new partners for business development
- Prospect for new customers by cold calling and through networking; negotiate with them to secure profitable business
- Evaluate competition and products in the market and give market feedback - data mining
- Prepare the sales budget & targets (region wise & monthly) in order to achieve overall business plan
- Monitor Sales volume and revenue against budget to identify problem areas and take necessary action
- Responsible for Key Account Management would take care of end to end customer needs for major accounts; practice concept of value -selling
- Provide support on product application and development with technical services team
- Receivables Management in order to secure positive cash flow & meeting the targets set for it
- Ensure inventory is maintained as per policy norms
- For future - Responsible for building a team and handling them professionally-all the people related matters, partnering with HR for hiring as per the need, performance evaluation & their development to ensure people motivation & retention
Education :
