Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage B2B sales for print media, radio, and digital platforms to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase advertising and sponsorship opportunities through space selling.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain business and identify new opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (editorial, production) to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements :
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting targets.
- Strong understanding of b2b sales principles, including lead generation techniques and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; written & verbal proficiency required.
