Manager - Sales - Power Electronics & Power Backup (1-4 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Responsible for selling various Power Electronics & Power Backup product lines to Corporate Clients. This includes prospecting, developing sales strategies to penetrate accounts, and closing sales for our largest account opportunities.
2. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
3. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues and set individual sales targets with sales team.
4. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
5. Responsible for the planning, direction, organisation and control of sales executives to accomplish specific objectives. Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salesperson.
6. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports & cyclical sales meetings. Evaluate performance of sales executives.
7. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team. Ensure sales team have necessary resources to perform properly.
8. Personally observe the performance of sales executives in the field on a regular basis. Observe the activities and performance of the sales team.
9. Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales executives so that they process sufficient product & technical knowledge to present information in accurate and balanced manner.
10. Special Note: Should not be from Dealer/Distributor network.
11. Should not be from Channel Sales.

Experience :
- Experience in relevant industry, Power products - Stabilisers/ UPS/ Solar.
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
- Experience in customer relationship management/ customer acquisition.
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
Education: B.E. Electronics, MBA in marketing is preferable
