Manager - Sales - Power Business (7-10 yrs)
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE :
- Key account management in different Industrial Segments
- Responsible for sales promotion, revenue generation & profitability improvement, receivables management
JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS :
- Responsible for B2B account management of customer portfolio in different segments like Power on defined geography
- Preparation and execution of annual sales marketing plan
- Monthly sales & collection forecasting and execution in collaboration with other functions
- To develop new customers / applications to improve the market share
- To develop & maintain customer relationship at different levels in customer's hierarchy
- Regular interactions with various functions for effective crop functional coordination, close interaction with technical teams for product development, claim management
- To monitor the project progress, demonstrate value addition by contributing project planning & execution, closure of projects
- To monitor competitors activities and gather knowledge for developing competitive strategy and gaining market share
- Development & implementation of Marketing Strategy, organize promotional events like technical presentations, new solution / product introduction, usage of digital tools,webinars etc
- To achieve the key objectives like sales, profit & receivables
Key responsibilities:
- To manage the selected customer account and achieve major objectives like Sales, Profit and Receivables
Key tasks:
- Customer relationship management
- To execute the annual sales plan
- Month forecasting and executions
- Management reportings
- Education and Experience requirements:
- B.E./ B.Tech. (Ceramic/ Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Mechanical)
Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:
- Knowledge of Refractory manufacturing / applications
- Experience in sales / customer service
- Experience in Power sector
- Skills to use digital tools
