Manager - Sales - Polymers & Elastomer (2-10 yrs)
In addition to your current Sales & Key Account Management profile for defined products, you would be focussing on Sales Development and Verticals. Business Planning for
1. Coating, Adhesive and Sealant ( CAS)
2. Footwear
3. Masterbatch & TPE (Polymers & Elastomer) for selected key account with project management responsibilities.
Roles, Responsibility & Accountability :
With existing area without loosing sales focus, we are expected to focus on
1. Sales & Product independent charge for your vertical on monthly & Annually,
2. Product Import and Stock Planning
3. Project Management for key projects.
4. Complete Profit & Loss responsibilities for your business vertical.
5. Planning, Forecasting and meeting targets for your team.
6. Payment and account management for your vertical.
7. Regular new Customer & Product Development.
8. Shall consciously work to achieve higher profit margin.
9. Shall give top priority to submit MIS Report every Monday and for the month on 1st which will justify your performance standard.
10. Shall ensure on time collection as per terms and zero bad debt.
In addition to your current responsibilities, you would be focussing on Sales & Key Account
Management
(1) Polymer Sales (Polymod, POE, Dupont - DOW)
(2) Key Account Management
(3) New Sales Development & Customer Development.
Customer Service Relation -
1. Supporting entire Sales team for Customer Service Relation.
2. Interface between Billing, Customer and Despatch.
3. Regular MIS Report of Sales & Stock Management.
4. Ensuring Stock and Deliveries.
Your specific focus are -
1. Planning, Forecasting and meeting targets
2. Shall consciously work to achieve higher profit margin.
3. Shall give top priority to submit MIS Report every Monday and for the month on 1st which will justify your performance standard.
4. Shall ensure on time collection as per terms and zero bad debt.
5. Shall effectively co-ordination with all inter department team members for better on time results. Shall continuously show interest in learning more business knowledge.
6. Shall identify new customers/opportunities to acquire new business to increase revenue.
