Manager - Sales - Plastics/Polymers/Additives Fillers (10-15 yrs)
- Handle key accounts for the category, maintain good business relations with them and acquire new customers.
- Achieve the gross profit, inventory turn, CRM/Salesforce targets for the assigned categories.
- Lead and coach the team to manage the team motivation and productivity.
- Manage the existing suppliers for the related categories.
- Handle cross selling of existing products to new customers and new products to existing customers.
- Do inventory planning in coordination with supplier champions for the supplier specific products after understanding the lead time.
- Manage the finance related processes, documentation & payment terms with the customers of assigned categories.
- Responsible for supplier roadshows to the customers and displaying the existing & new products prototypes.
- Ensure timely resolution of customers' issues/queries in order to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Post-Graduate in Chemistry/ B.Tech/Chemical Engineering from reputed institute specialized in Polymer Science
- MBA/PGDBM in marketing from a reputed college/university.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the sales or marketing function of specialty additives for Plastics & Polymer applications in Flexible packaging and Engineer plastics
- Strong client management and team management experience is required.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
