Manager - Sales Planning/Business Planning - BFS (1-7 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- Meet monthly aims and targets.
- Encourage advisers and employees to participate in various activities and sales enablers.
- Daily updates on the status of firm and its relevance in the battle.
- Maintain solid interactions with all stakeholders, including clients and distributors.
- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Concentrated attempt to increase renewal premium collection.
