Manager - Sales - Pharma Packaging/Glass (8-10 yrs)
Experience in B2B sales of API / Pharma raw materials / glass etc
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the pharmaceutical glass segment.
2. Identify and prospect new clients within the Pharmaceutical industry, including Pharmaceutical manufacturers, contract packaging companies, and contract research organizations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Provide product information, technical support, and assistance to clients regarding pharmaceutical glass products, including vials, ampoules, cartridges, syringes and other tubular glass products.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape within the Pharmaceutical packaging industry.
7. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotas, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
8. Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and compe3tor ac3vi3es to management.
