Manager - Sales - Pharma (8-15 yrs)
- Achieving Sales target of the assigned Zone.
- Distributing the Sales target among the team members & tracking their individual performance.
- Team Recruitment, training, grooming & development.
- Ensuring high employee retention by high level of team engagement & motivation.
- Lead the team of Managers & Executives across the zone.
- Implementing the sales & marketing strategy of the company.
- Making the list of prospective customers for coverage (Identification, mapping & profiling).
- Providing timely & accurate information about the market & competitors to the top management of the company.
- Coordinate with marketing team for conducting seminars, meets and conferences at Zonal Level for creating positive momentum about the company & its brands.
- Ensuring PCPM productivity & optimum utilization of team members.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Only Pharma Zonal Managers/Sales Managers with minimum 5 year experience in Nephrology segment must apply.
- In depth understanding of Nephrology segment is must.
- Must have very good relationships with KOLs & high potential Nephrologists of the zone.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
