Responsibilities :
- Planning & Achieving Company Sales Goal- Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly.
- Responsible for Achieving Company Collection Targets - Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly.
- Responsible for Identifying & Acquiring New Customers.
- Responsible for Handling Key Customer Accounts.
- Responsible for Identifying Exhibitions & Participating in the same.
- Responsible for Handling Entire Marketing Related Activities at Exhibitions.
- Responsible for Hiring & Retention of Entire Sales Team.
- Responsible for Identifying Training Needs of the Sales Team.
- Responsible for Ensuring Successful Implementation of the Training Program & Measuring the ROI on the same.
- Responsible for Keeping Track of Latest Developments in the Industry(Overall Market & Competitors).
- Submitting MIS reports to the Director.
Requirements :
- Should Have Experience in Sales Of Pharma Machinery.
- Should have Experience in Selling to the Export Pharma market.
- Should have a Proven Track Record of Generating sales of approximately 5 plus Cr YOY.
- Should have Good Commercial Acumen and Should have lead a team partially or completely (Minimum 2 persons).
