Manager - Sales - Personal Loans & Credit Card (5-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate sales opportunities for Personal Loans and personal Credit Cards for employees by partnering up with the organizations.
- Acquire organizations with more than 300+ Employees.
- Execute activation campaigns in organizations for Personal Loans and Personal Credit Card sales.
- Responsible for achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in corporate acquisition within Banking Industry;
- Ability to connect with corporates at Founder, Director, CFO, HR and various other levels.
- Engagement and education of corporate customers before rolling out the product;
- Demonstrated skills of onboarding organizations for financial services.
- Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist stakeholders with decision making;
Role Proficiencies :
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill.
- Ability to work successfully as a part of a team.
- High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently.

- Have a background working in Salary Account or Credit Card Sales Acquisition.
- Knowledge of the application process for getting a personal loan and credit card.
