Manager - Sales - Personal Loans (3-8 yrs)
- The incumbent will be responsible for building a strong retail lending business of Personal Loans by sourcing, onboarding and maintaining relationships with Channel Partners and Customers
Principal Duties/Responsibilities :
- Source and on-board new channels, connectors etc. to increase penetration in the allocated area
- Maintain positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Bank back office teams
- Train and support Channel Partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivity Conduct activities across Corporate, Malls, Railway Stations etc. to generate new leads for Company's products and services
- Source, guide and assist customers to select the most suitable product, basis the profile and Bank/Lender policies
- Ensure the timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptly coordinating with Channel Partners and Customers
- Achieve the targets assigned as per the work profile and geography
- Promote and sell/cross sell products/services using in depth product knowledge
- Expedite the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer/channel partner satisfaction
- Coordinate with Bank and in-house team to accelerate the work process
- Reach out to old and new customers with various products offers and pitch them the benefits
- Maintain and timely update of the records as per the task assigned.
