Manager - Sales - Personal Loan (2-7 yrs)
Job Description For Sales Managers :
- Manage end to end loan business from sourcing to disbursal.
- Formulate and implement new growth driven Sales & Marketing Strategies for meeting the set branch revenue targets.
- Driving revenue growth through multiple avenues like business generation across all segments including new client acquisitions & repeat buyers.
- Empanelment of DSAs & Other Alliance partners and generating business with their help.
- Implementing micro marketing activities for Brand Awareness & Business growth.
- Ensure higher cross - sale of products for enhanced profitability.
- Monitor Portfolio performance in order to have a healthy & growing book.
- Make recommendations for improvements in risk management policies in order to penetrate with greater depth in the market.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines set by internal and external regulators and ensures that audit exceptions are minimal for the branch.
Locations : Delhi
Qualification: Graduate or MBA with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
