Manager - Sales - Personal Loan (2-5 yrs)
Experience & Skills Required:
- 2 - 5 years of work experience selling personal loan in Banking & Non - Banking Companies.
- Must have present or past relevant experience of unsecured or secured loans working wit a bank or NBFC or with a DSA that serves banks or NBFC.
- Must be okay with an on-field job of visiting partners daily and maintaining constant engagement with them.
- Must be having a network of partners with him or should be willing to make a network of on-ground partners and DSA's to ensure inflow of business.
- Should have relevant and updated knowledge about PL (product, policy, structure etc.)
- Team player should be able to work under pressure.
- Good networking skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of the local territory and language is preferred.
