Manager - Sales - Personal Loan (1-5 yrs)
- Set up and manage Direct/ DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Sales Team in respective locations.
- Achieve of Business Targets & financials for Personal Loans and any other Product/ assigned responsibility that the company may enter into.
- Managing a team of RMs (Relationship Managers) & Sales Executives
- Acquire and manage relationship with internal & external stakeholders, including DSAs, TW dealerships, Financial Aggregators etc. End to end co-ordination with the Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, clearing of discrepancies.
- Maintaining the Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), policies & Hygiene, laid down by the company.
- Controlling the FEMI (First Equated Monthly Instalment), SEMI (Second Equated Monthly Instalment), TEMI (Third Equated Monthly Instalment) of each loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned Location.
- Responsible for Average Dealer Satisfaction Score / Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Ensure TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience.
- Ensure that all the cases are First Time Right.
- Educate the customer specifically on not to bounce their EMIs.
- Manage all customer grievance / customer issues pertaining to the loan disbursal.
- All responsibilitiesshould be performedas per theCompany Values andguidelines mentioned in the Company policies,as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.
