Manager - Sales - PEB (5-7 yrs)
1. Candidate will be responsible for sales of Pre Engineered Steel Buildings Pan India.
2. Past Experience in the PEB industry.
3. Should be technically sound to have meetings with Architects/Consultants and Clients.
4. Should Belong to the industry having a strong network with various clients.
5. Exploring new markets and business from existing customers all over India.
6. Maintained, Developed and increased customer base and followed up with customers for their New upcoming projects.
7. Handling sales of product & services to prospective customers, keeping the view of the defined targets.
8. Tracking Market/ competitor trends to keep abreast of the changing clients requirement/expectations.
9. Maintains a database of customers and updates it regularly.
10. Prepare a Techno - commercial offer for submitting to customers.
11. Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
12. Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.
13. Good understanding of the new projects coming up.
14. Customer relations management and customer services.
15. Generate new QRF(enquiries), Review costing and send Quotation.
16. To handle customers specification, correspondences and technical Drawing from enquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complain up to the satisfactory level of customers.
17. To plan, execute , customer order as per agreed delivery schedule by following up the coordination with production, Purchase ,Dispatch and engineering departments.
18. Customer feedback collection.
19. Strategic planning ,channel management B2B,Team management, new business development market analysis, promotional strategies by analyzing market trends as well as forth cooking pipeline projects.
Required Specific Knowledge, Skills & Tool :
1. Should have 5- 7 years preferably in PEB companies/Project selling management within a corporate setting.
2. B. Tech,/B.E. in Mechanical ,Civil/MBA Sales & Marketing/Pre- Engineered Buildings/Heavy steel structures
3. Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical Engineering And architecture. Able to read structural drawing & understand them
4. Computer skills i.e. Excel & PowerPoint presentation
5. Self-Starter, Good communication skills, People management, Negotiation Skills
Leadership skills and go-getter attitude.
6. A keen planner , strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities and accelerating business growth
7. Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills extensive travel, Exposure to work sales and Marketing with PEB Co.
