Manager - Sales - Panel Business (8-15 yrs)
Role Objective
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and target potential clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, and food processing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights and client feedback.
Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of clean room panel products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, helping them choose the best solutions for their clean room needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as required.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Education and Experience:
- B. Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- 8-15 years of relevant experience with at least 5-8 years in a similar industry
- MBA in Marketing is Preferable
