Hiring for Sales Manager - Oracle Cloud HCM for Pune location
Position Duties :
- Directly contribute to achieve and surpass individual and department revenue goalsof the organisation
- Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve division goals and targets
- Initiate, manage, take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing, Technology, Client Services, among others.
- Drive Inspirria Cloudtech Marketing team to identify new potential affinity partners and formulate strategies to penetrate them.
- Develop and implement strategic goals and tactical planning for sales organization.
- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown.
- Oversee and manage the company's industry relations with key industry associations.
- Solicit customer feedback to inform product management team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements :
- Sales experience in Oracle Cloud HCM selling across marketswould be preferred or HCM sales experience would be a must.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.
- Direct, previous track record of consistently achieving or beating quota for individual sales performance.
- Comfortable using web collaboration tools like WebEx/Go to Meeting.
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
- Develops plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals.
- Creates a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Manages the use of budgets.
- Has worked in a high-value B2B complex sales environment.
- Manages customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Defines sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identifies improvements where and when required.
- Compiles information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
- Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provides feedback to company leadership team.
- Works closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.
- Manages key customer relationships and participates in closing strategic opportunities.
- Travels for in-person meetings with customers and employees as necessary.
- Masters and enforces company's sales policy guidelines.
