Role Overview :


As a Sales and Operations Manager at 5th Season Holidays, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and ensuring the seamless execution of our travel services. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in sales and operations within the travel industry. You will lead a team, develop sales strategies, and optimize operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Management :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the CEO.

2. Operational Oversight :

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and quality.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with operational goals.

- Implement best practices for resource allocation and cost management.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

3. Customer Relationship Management :

- Enhance customer experience by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.

4. Project Management :

- Lead special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within scope and budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

5. Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the executive team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and operations within the travel industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational functions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
