Manager - Sales Operations - SaaS Firm (3-8 yrs)

About the role: As Sales Operations Manager you will be an individual contributor with the unique opportunity to own and build the operational foundation for our sales team to scale. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales organization by helping to improve all sales infrastructure including sales tools, systems, structure, and analytics. You will be the subject matter expert for SFDC, sales tools and processes and work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, sales, finance, legal, and marketing. You own and maintain various operations cadence, forecasting, and business reviews, as well as monitoring and improving overall pulse of sales team through sales tools, processes, and metrics; empower decision-making, drive strategic initiatives, measure performance, and enable sales teams to focus on execution with accuracy. You will be highly motivated, process driven, a prolific relationship builder, problem solver and extremely detail orientated.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Processes

- Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of processes for a smooth end-to-end sales process/lifecycle.

- Ensure that data on deals and opportunities are properly and accurately entered into the system

- Partner with sales reps and marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards. Reporting & Analytics

- Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting and BI tools for reps, managers, and sales leaders.

- Support sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.

- Assist with creation of reports & dashboards within Salesforce.com

- Create and analyze key insights from forecasts, key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics.

- Translate data into insights and action.

- Collaborate on strategic Salesforce.com reporting processes. Contract Management

- Handle commercial contracts ( fixed value /variable value, price books, min guarantees etc) in SaaS businesses

- Maintain organized files for each contract, including the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and clarifications

Training and On-boarding :

Assist in sales training and on-boarding including processes, tools, methodologies, and best practices

PROFILE

- 3+ years experience in Sales Operations Management; SAAS companies preferred

- Experience in CRM tools: Admin level proficiency in Salesforce.com and Hubspot

- Deep sales process and methodology experience and expertise

- Strong analytical and process definition skills
