Manager - Sales Operations - Retail Operation Segment (3-12 yrs)
About the Role:
A Retail Operation Manager is a professional who is responsible for managing the relationship with the supermarkets and retail stores ensuring maximum visibility and best positioning of our product. He will strategize different tactics and analyze the performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive Business numbers and business metrics daily growth, per person Productivity, per store business, per customer business targets, eye line visibility, Stock to Sale Ratio)
- Enhance Gross Margin and Total Sales through operational effectiveness, focus on the cost, return on investment by the company and per salesperson outcome.
- Positioning of new launches at store level.
- Transform and enhance the customer experience by focusing on creating, delivering, and capturing value for our customers.
- Lead and drive team to success, should be able to hire people on field
- Connect with Key accounts on weekly basis and get the Purchase orders
Knowledge and Experience :
- 3+ years of Proven experience in the retail operations segment on field/ offline sales.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze business.
- Sharp focus on implementation of strategy planned with management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Execution capability.
