Manager - Sales Operations - Logistics Firm (2-6 yrs)
Job Description:
As a member of our operations team, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience for both Customers and partners. You will be reporting to our Head of operations department, directly. You- ll get an opportunity to work with some of the best minds in the country to make a major dent in the 150-billion-dollar surface industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L for the respective city
- Detail out our offerings to the clients and understand their requirements Managing key accounts
- Lead the Operations team to make sure that project's operations run smoothly
- Take ownership and execute all client operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a long lasting relationship with the client
- Understand the supply landscape of the city and acquire, retain and upscale the supply in the city.
- Maintain understanding of the dynamics in client's business and to develop a clear competitor analysis and strategy to sense and counter threats & identify opportunities early.
- Identify new requirements to be converted into products depending on client and partner feedback
