Manager - Sales & Operations - Furnished Spaces (0-4 yrs)
We here at BLR Living are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager
This basically involves selling beautiful fully furnished spaces to young students/working professional in Bangalore.
Also smoothly managing all the operations on a daily basis
We are looking for someone who has :
1. Excellent command over written and verbal English.
2. Proactive and Energetic who can get quick work done in all segments
3. Understand what it takes to sell like a Pro and understand consumers
4. Handling Food, Housekeeping and R&M Operations on a daily basis
5. Use all Digital marketing channels which you use everyday. EG: Instagram, FB, LinkedIn :)
6. Meet B2B corporates on a daily basis and keep good rapport with all of them
Also, People who show leadership capabilities & outperform will be offered a PPO/PPI with tremendous opportunities to grow in the org in various functions.
CTC that we are offering is 25,000 in hand salary and other perks as well
