Manager - Sales Operations - Executive Search Firm (6-10 yrs)
Role: Senior Manager (Demand Fulfillment_ Blue collar hiring platform)
Work location: Bengaluru
Experience Required: 6-9years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- As a leader of Demand Fulfillment Team under platform, the primary responsibility is to ensure all client demands are been fulfilled as per agreed timelines
- Establish SLA and other metrics for fulfillment team with the stringent monitoring process
- Build a strong and dynamic team for Fulfilment as per regional or business requirements with measurable KPIs on each role
- Effectively manage communication with all clients in terms of understanding their demand and other additional details to fulfill the demand
- Ensure there is a streamlined communication across all stakeholders involved in sourcing and deployment of candidates
- Provide maximum inputs for candidate supply teams on various channel's performance on timely completion of supply requests and data quality
- Need to strive towards achieving at least 70% of requests are been processed through product platform without manual intervention
- Manage and monitor the fulfillment operations team to ensure maximum utilization is been achieved
- Design and Run campaigns whenever required to fulfill demands
- Alignment of fulfillment plans in liaison with supply teams and based on client demands
- Develop processes to ensure appropriate supply is been approached, checked for availability and provided to clients for further on-boarding on the least possible timeline, effort, and cost
Role Specifications:
- 6-9 years of experience in sales operations or delivery of large service projects.
- Strong rapport building and communication skills
- Should be a go-getter and focused execution
- Should be result oriented
- Preferably from Blue Collared Hiring Firms and handled large clients
- Exposure to call center management and operations will be an added advantage
