Manager - Sales Operations - Chemical Business (12-20 yrs)
We have an excellent opportunity as a Sales Operations - Manager for one of our leading Chemical Client
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 12 - 20 yrs of experience in Sales Operation
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Working on Distribution Network and overseeing the performance of Channel Sales, Retail Sales etc.
- Involved in the formulation of Sales Plan & ensuring the accomplishment of Sales target of respective region.
- Accountable for expansion by new dealer appointment
- Responsible for project tracking and retailer penetration
- Overseeing New Market Development and keeping track of competitor's activities & policies
- Identifying & appointing Dealers & Sub-Dealers and resolving dealer's grievances
- Adept in market / sales forecasting, quick to identify & formulate strategies to exploit business opportunities in the domain of corporate sales.
- Good experience in making Go-to-market & route-to-market strategies.
