Manager - Sales Operations (7-10 yrs)
1. Develop new customer, collect marketing information, especially focused on compressors & machineries (in Power, Oil & Gas, Chemistry, Fertilisers, etc.) .
2. Maintain and improve the customer relationship and satisfaction in all involved business fields.
3. Complete personal sales target, and keep positive profit.
4. Be responsible for the quotation and preparation of bidding documents.
5. Coordinate the sales activity (Cold call, visit customer, visit seminar, etc.), and complete related sales activity reports.
6. Responsible for sales collection to ensure no bad debts.
7. Monitor service quality to avoid any deviation or conflict with customers and handle Customer Voice quickly and properly.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements :
Age : Less than 35 years old.
Base city : Bangalore, Guwahati, Ahmedabad, Mumbai.
Minimum professional experience : More than 5 years' work experience in operations in Mechanical.
Specialty Know how :
- Strong ability to build customer relations and very good communication skills, and familiar with sales process, and can reach sales goals independently.
- Creative, responsible, good team player.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
