Manager - Sales Operations (10-20 yrs)
- Manage the Salesforce.com application for the entire company. Analyze and report out weekly dashboards.
- Recognize, develop, and implement data rigor and process improvements for the sales organization with various business units.
- Prepare forecasts by each of our 8 business units. Working closely with the sales team, collect and analyze data to evaluate actual booking vs. Plan and report out variances - by product, by region, by key customers.
- Assist marketing teams in tracking and analyzing customer outreach results.
- Develop customer segmentation by platform and/or brand product needs.
- Maintain data integrity and manage clean up and optimization of information.
- Train staff on proper usage and monitor results.
- Collect all data regarding global projects and analyze results and compare it to plan. Working with business unit leaders, schedule appropriate project approval
- Provide approach and a framework for go to market strategy and planning, customer support, feedback, and pipeline to convert opportunities into sales.
- Adjust sales strategy to changing market/customer situations.
- Assist the Executive team with departmental strategy.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and key performance indicators.
- Support the Executive team with business analysis on pricing, reporting, and strategic projects.
- Partner with sales leaders to drive sales efficiency, identify areas of opportunity and to identify problems before they arise.
- Participate in the budgeting, planning, reporting, quota setting and sales process optimization.
- Assist with implementation and management of sales automation tools including interface.
- Manage and maintain installed base information
- Sales skills training like Miller Heiman
- Assist and coordinate with marketing Customer survey process and reporting
