Manager - Sales Operation - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
A Sales Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document sales procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze the entire sales cycle to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that the team has access to the necessary tools for success.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to improve team performance.

Qualifications:
