Manager - Sales - Nylon Polyester Yarn (3-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Having experience in sales or knowledge of Nylon Polyester Yarn is must.
- Manage the end-to-end process of yarn sourcing, from identifying potential suppliers to finalizing contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with yarn suppliers and within Gujarat.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of high-quality yarns.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new suppliers, and emerging materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Ensure yarn quality standards meet the company's specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and source innovative yarns for new product lines.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and market trends for senior management.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in yarn sourcing/Yarn QC
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
