Job Description :
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for filtering the leads over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective Sales & Manager must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services on the field or over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements and skills :
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role
- Past experience in Nutraceutical sales is needed, Pharma and FMCG. (More preferable of same nutrition industry)
- Strong conveyancing power and sales skills with an ability to communicate across different levels
- Good communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively
- Closure of sales targets and business development
