Role and Responsibilities of the position :

- Adding channel partners
- Adding sales executives for tele calling and feet-on-street (FOS)
- Responsible for end to end sales
- Maintain Relationship with Dealers/Channel Partners.
- Ensure proper use of the CRM and telecalling software to ensure efficient work process of calling, messaging and visits for successful achievement of sales targets - daily/weekly/monthly
- Sales Campaign management - online and on the field
- Achieving Sales Target - daily/weekly/monthly
- Efficient management of the sales team to ensure daily/weekly/monthly target achievement.
- Follow ethical business practices by the sales team to ensure that we are value and purpose driven organization.
- To ensure that there are no frauds and malpractices
- To ensure that the capital, properties and reputation of the oranganization is always protected
- Establishing daily action plan. Tracking and management of the action plan and providing daily/weekly/monthly MIS, ideally from the CRM
