Manager - Sales - NBFC (1-4 yrs)
Ideal candidate should be a female with Good communication and should be well groomed . Should have been servicing or sourcing SME clients, current account or trade accounts . Should be preferably from Banking / Insurance / NBFC.
Requirements :
Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
