Piper Serica Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (www.piperserica.com) is an equity asset management company with a track record of more than 15 years and a large base of investors. It manages a PMS, a Mauritius based FPI and has recently launched its strategy as a product on Smallcase.com for retail investors. We are now looking to hire a sales manager to grow our AUM.
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Age profile and years of experience: 26-33 years of age and 3-9 years of experience.
Compensation: Higher than industry standard and last drawn compensation. In addition to fixed compensation there will be very lucrative target based incentives.
Job profile: The candidate will have to do the following
1. Build a network of distributors and channel partners.
2. Acquire investors for the smallcase platform which is very similar to mutual fund distribution.
3. Manage the marketing initiatives of the company.
4. Build and manage a team of junior sales people.
The candidate will report to the Vice President of the company.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales to HNI clients and channel partners. Interested candidates can send their latest resumes
