- To ensure that assigned branches for customer acquisition.
- To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level
- To promote cross selling and add value to the High Net Worth relationships at the branches.
- To co-ordinate and handle Branch P&L.
- To analyze and continuously monitor performance of team. Create strategy to achieve team targets.
-To constantly engage with various teams to generate business.
- To ensure that all branches maintains all statutory and business regulatory controls and comply with code of conduct.
- To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution within stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channel.
