Manager - Sales - Musical Instruments (15-25 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage 25 Cr pan India business spread across 9 locations.
- Prepare and executive Sales budget and sales target every year.
- Monitor the same on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Create a rapport with the dealers and distributors across India.
- Sensing the changes and vulnerabilities in the market and responding with a quick TAT.
- Understanding the dynamics of brands, products, and models and communicating with the Managing Partner.
- Work closely with the Managing Partner and the SCM manager on ordering and reordering decisions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create brand awareness, and collaborate with the dealers for promotional activities pan India.
- Managing teams of 15 members across India to achieve the targets
- Drive the sales numbers through the salespeople work towards more business acquisition and expand the dealer space
- Focus on Inventory management and reduce the cost of sales
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with sales experience in Musical Instruments will be preferred
- Candidates who have done B to B electronics goods and services or any other consumer products with clear exposure in directly managing the dealers and distributors.
- Should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in sales
- Should be willing to travel a minimum of 20 days in a month
- Should be a go-getter with a good communication skill.
- Should be able to manage and mentor the team.
