Manager - Sales - Mortgage Products/Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle - tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer Sourcing business of Home Finance Mortgage products and implementing strategies
- Sourcing business of Home Finance Mortgage products and implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through bank branches and DSA- s
- Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.
- Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Builders and Real Estate Developers in order to increase sales
Required Candidate profile:
- Skills & Experience - minimum 6 months -3 years sales experience (housing finance/real estate experience)
- Qualification- Graduate / MBA
- Job Knowledge - Good understanding of customer profile, markets and products
- Good networking skills.
- Well versed with Geography of the area.
