Roles and Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team members to enhance their skills and maximize their potential.

Ownership of Sales Targets :

- Take full ownership of overall sales numbers, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales quotas. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Market Research and Analysis :

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Client Relationship Management :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with the sales team to nurture existing client accounts and secure repeat business.

Sales Presentations and Proposals :

- Oversee the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that effectively showcase the company's products.

Performance Reporting :

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, achievements, and challenges to the VP.

- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly.

Knowledge :

- Familiarity with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Knowledge of various sales channels and platforms.
