Job Overview -
The Manager/Sr. Manager MICE sales role will span across line functions. This role would be responsible to actively chase and achieve sales targets for the location assigned, on a monthly/quarterly/Annual basis.
Purpose of Role :
1. Hunt and convert potential business prospects into customers
2. To ensure delivery of committed services to the customer in a timely and effective manner to create superior customer experience
3. Achieve profitability for files, while working within the set standards and guidelines of the organization.
Responsibilities :
1. Prospect for potential new clients and convert them into customers.
2. Liaising with Corporate to ascertain their precise travel requirements; making presentations
3. Producing detailed quotations and proposals
4.Conduct market research, gather information and discuss quotations and proposals prior to closing any deals
5. Propose ideas to improve provided product and services
6. Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management (as applicable)
7. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
8. Signing of MOU's/GFO's/SLA's for all projects
9. Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling
10. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
11. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's need
